Another great segment where the following topics where spoken about: The lack of services for LGBTQ2+ youth in our city. Although there are many great organizations who do offer programs, most of them only start at the age of 12 or 14 years old. This is something I would like to see change in the coming years. More and more individuals are feeling more comfortable in coming out at a younger age without the fear of rejection from their friends and family. So these types of programs should not be limited by age rather by need.
